There’s nothing better than inhaling the most fragrant of holiday scents and being instantly transported back to a time when you were little, Santa was real, and the excitement of Christmas presents under the tree was almost too much to bear.
If you’d like to make your home smell festive during the holiday season but would rather not turn to the synthetic fragrances of candles and air fresheners, then diffusing deliciously-scented holiday essential oil blends is definitely the way to go.
Essential Oil Diffusers
We love essential oil diffusers and have one in several different rooms in our house. We have one of these in each of the kids’ bedrooms and our homeschool room, this one in our master bedroom, and this one in our living room. As you can tell, I definitely love my essential oil diffusers!
My Favorite Essential Oil Brands
I am a huge fan of Plant Therapy essential oils and most of my collection of oils comes from them. Their company is endorsed by a world-renown aromatherapist, Robert Tisserand, and advocates for safe essential oil use (which I am very passionate about). Plant Therapy is third-party tested for purity, which is also important to me.
I also love that Plant Therapy has a line of KidSafe essential oils that have been formulated by Robert Tisserand specifically for young children (contrary to popular belief, not all essential oils are safe for all ages). Their KidSafe blends use only essential oils proven safe for children, and each essential oil blend has information on usage rates and safety for specific ages.
Some of my other favorite essential oil brands are Eden‘s Garden, Rocky Mountain Oils, Aura Cacia, and Mountain Rose Herbs.
